Halloween resumes 40 years later from Michael Myers killing spree in 1978. It was a little confusing because of the 11 previous halloween movies, But Director David Gordon Green made Halloween (2018) his way. It succeeds the original; in that 40 year span Laurie Strode ( Jamie Lee Curtis) has been preparing for the day that Michael Myers returns for a final confrontation. The plot will keep you engaged, but What is Michael Myers obsession to kill Laurie Strode? Acting was average for a horror/thriller, But it seems like the franchise is moving from Laurie Strode to her Granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak). Overall Halloween is worth seeing especially if your a fan, it’s not scary but definitely will keep you in suspense.
