Hotel Mumbai takes place in 2008 based on the terror attack at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel. This film focus’s on the heroic staff that risk their life to save their guest’s from harm. Debut film for director Anthony Maras it was directed beautifully he mixes in some of the actual footage broadcast from that day & gives us the Pov of everyone in the hotel. I must say I completely forgot about this event and how it had the whole world tuned in; this film relives that day.
Acting was realistic, a great job by the entire cast, the acting was so realistic you feel like you were there. This movie is definetly a edge of your seat thriller you will be locked in the entire time. The plot is straight forward it sticks to what was going on inside the hotel while the whole world was watching. This is a really good thriller, I highly recommend it.
